Welcome to Nardi Habesha. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), including browsing products, creating an account, placing orders, submitting measurements, and requesting custom designs.

By accessing or using the Services, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Nardi Habesha offers Ethiopian-inspired fashion, including ready-to-wear and made-to-measure / custom garments. You may browse as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information (including shipping and contact details). We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in fraudulent activity.

We strive to describe products accurately, including materials, colors, and sizing. Images are illustrative; slight variations in color, texture, or finish can occur due to screens, lighting, handmade processes, and fabric lots.

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice before you complete payment. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed. Typographical or pricing errors may be corrected; if we cancel an order due to an error, we will refund amounts paid for that order.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We accept or decline orders at our discretion (for example, for stock, fraud, or measurement issues). A binding purchase typically forms when payment succeeds and we confirm the order by email or in your account.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Nardi Habesha does not store full payment card numbers on our servers. You authorize Stripe and us to charge the payment method you provide for the order total, including applicable shipping and taxes displayed at checkout.

Order confirmation emails and status updates may be sent to the email address you provide. Keep that address accurate so you receive measurement requests, tracking, and support messages.

Many pieces are made to order. Production for made-to-measure and custom items generally begins after payment and after we receive complete, usable measurements (and any design brief we request).

You are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Incorrect or incomplete measurements may result in a garment that does not fit as expected; remakes or alterations for measurement errors you submit may incur additional charges or may not be available.

Estimated production and delivery timelines are approximate and may change with complexity, fabric availability, holidays, or shipping carrier delays. We will communicate material delays when reasonably possible.

Shipping options, rates, and destinations are shown at checkout or on our Shipping & returns page. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the shipment, unless mandatory law says otherwise.

You are responsible for providing a deliverable address and for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. Failed delivery due to an incorrect address or failure to claim a package may result in return shipping fees or loss of the order at our discretion.

Ready-to-wear return eligibility (if any) is described on our Shipping & returns page and may depend on condition, tags, and time limits.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-measure garments are generally final sale and may not be returned or exchanged unless defective due to our workmanship or materials. If you believe an item is defective, contact us promptly with photos and your order number so we can assess a repair, remake, or other remedy.

All content on the Services—including logos, product photography, designs, text, and trademarks—is owned by Nardi Habesha or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit our content or designs without prior written permission.

Design briefs, inspiration images, or measurement data you submit remain yours to the extent you own them; you grant us a limited license to use them solely to fulfill your order and provide support.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Interfere with site security, payment flows, or other users
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content except as allowed by ordinary browsing
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false order or measurement information

The Services and products are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nardi Habesha disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nardi Habesha and its owners, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services or any order. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operation of the online store, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future use. Material changes that affect an existing paid order will not retroactively alter that order’s core terms without notice where required.
