This Privacy Policy explains how Nardi Habesha (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, create an account, place an order, submit measurements, request a custom design, or contact us.

• Account & contact data — name, email, phone, password hash (if you register), and messages you send us.
• Order & shipping data — billing/shipping name and address, order contents, amounts, and fulfillment notes.
• Measurements & design inputs — body measurements, preferred colors, garment notes, and custom design briefs you submit so we can produce your piece.
• Payment-related data — payment status and identifiers from our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar diagnostics. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies (see Cookies below).

We use personal information to:

• Process, fulfill, and track orders
• Produce made-to-measure and custom garments from your inputs
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• Send transactional email (order confirmation, measurements, shipping)
• Secure the store, prevent fraud, and improve the site
• Understand site traffic with Google Analytics when you allow analytics cookies
• Comply with legal obligations

Depending on where you live, we process data because it is necessary to perform a contract with you (orders and fulfillment), because we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing the store, because you have consented (for optional analytics cookies), or because we must meet a legal requirement.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed with service providers who help us run the store, including:

• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel / hosting & database — application hosting and data storage
• AWS (or similar) — product and media storage where applicable
• Shipping carriers / partners — delivery of your order

We use industry-standard measures appropriate to our size and risk profile (HTTPS, access controls, and trusted processors such as Stripe). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw cookie consent. The Services are not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
